6. APR Disclosure

APR (Annual Percentage Rate) for payday and installment loans in Texas can range significantly, often between 200% and 600% when including all fees. The specific APR offered to you will depend on your lender, the loan amount, and the duration of the loan. Always review the lender's full terms before signing.

7. Financial Responsibility
